Safeguarding Reporting Form

All safeguarding concerns related to children, young people or vulnerable adults must be reported to BSTF’s Welfare Officer via this Safeguarding Reporting Form. If the issue relates to the Welfare Officer’s conduct, please instead contact Nottingham City Council’s local authority designated office (LADO).

When at a BSTF event, report to any staff member, umpire or trainee umpire who will refer your concern directly to the Welfare Officer .

If you think a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger or requires medical attention, you should call the emergency services on 999. You can also call the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 to report immediate risks to children.
