Existing profile holders, please do not create a new account to replace any previously created one, as you would lose access to your past results, rankings and certificates. All student-athletes, umpires, head-coaches, assistant coaches and trainee umpires must register for an account and wait for their BSTF ID code be be activated prior to entry into student taekwondo events.
Competitors, note that your Student-athlete Pass class-level determines the grade division you will be entered into BSTF competitions (your entry grade cannot be amended in any other way). Students with a Student-athlete Pass Class-C must login to their account and update to a Pass Class-B as soon as they have graded to the higher grade division, and so on.
Student-athlete Passes are valid for the whole academic year in which they are registered, from the 1st of October to the following 30th of September, inclusive. General Pass, Head-coach Pass and Umpire Pass (L2+ national and international umpires) types are valid for 3 years. Club Committee account holders and Institution Administrator account holders may bulk upgrade any number of free Affiliate Pass holders’ accounts to General Pass/ Student-athlete Pass accounts via the Club Committee Portal and the Institution Administrator Portal, respectively. To use this method ask all of your members to create an Affiliate Pass account type first, then once your have their BSTF ID codes login to the Portal and update them all as required.
New accounts must be manually reviewed and activated by an administrator. It will typically take up to 5 working days before new BSTF ID code become listed online. Please create your account well in advance of any event entry deadline. Existing profile holders, please do not create a new account to replace an existing one or you could lose associated results and certificates. Contact us if you have any issues logging in.
